The upcoming HACNA (Houston Area Convention of Narcotics Anonymous will be HACNA 12.  They have more often than not been every two years since 1988, but have skipped the two year mark on occasions when the Regional convention was scheduled to be in the Houston Area.  Until this upcoming convention they have been scheduled near the 4th of July.  In 2013 the convention committee decided in order to better serve the area to change the convention dates to September and it was a huge success.
